Who can apply?
This funding is available for people with von Willebrand disorder, haemophilia, or other bleeding disorders and their families - parents, siblings, partners – all ages. Success will be based on who would benefit most from attending as well as how the conference experience will be shared with Queensland members after the conference.
How much funding is available?
HFQ is offering up to $600 per person. The amount offered will not fully fund conference attendance, accommodation and travel and HFQ have an expectation that applicants will also contribute financially towards conference attendance. Please prepare a budget to determine the amount of funds you require and provide as much information as you can in your application (use additional pages if required). Please note: If you will benefit from attending the conference and need a high level of help to get there, please tell us so we can look at your increased funding request. With limited funding it is unlikely that everyone who applies will get the funding requested but we will do our best to meet every request.
