Annual General Meeting 2023
This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Members Information night will be held at the Grange Library Meeting room, 79 Evelyn Street, Grange on Tuesday 21 November 2023 at 7:00pm. Regional members can attend via Zoom..
The meeting is open to all financial members, volunteers, staff and others with an interest in the organisation.
However, only Financial Members can vote at the AGM and/or stand for the board of directors. Nominations for board positions must be received by 31 October, and a maximum of eleven (11) board members are allowable under our constitution.
Our Annual Report document including Audited Financial Statements will also be presented to the meeting.
Ever popular and informative, the AGM and Members' Information Night offers you the chance to ask your questions of the foundation, feed in your opinions and be fully updated on the work we do.
